1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to PocketTales websites, applications, content and related services operated by BABY SHIELD AUST PTY LTD. By using PocketTales, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and meet any higher minimum age required in your country, to use PocketTales. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review these Terms with you where required.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must not misuse PocketTales, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, scrape or reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use the service to harm, harass or deceive.
4. Content and licences
PocketTales and its original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to access the service for lawful, non-commercial use. No ownership rights are transferred. Content supplied by third parties remains subject to their rights and terms.
5. Purchases
If paid features are offered through an app store or platform, payment, billing, cancellation and refund processing may be handled by that provider under its terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
6. Availability and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PocketTales is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is not excluded where exclusion would be unlawful; otherwise, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing law and contact
