Request deletion by email
Send your request from the email address associated with your PocketTales account to:
Email a deletion requestWhat to include
- Use the subject line “PocketTales Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address, username or platform identifier connected to your account.
- Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or only specified information.
- Do not include passwords, payment-card details or government identity documents in your first email.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify applicable personal information within the period required by law, subject to information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal or accounting purposes.
Third-party platforms
Deleting a PocketTales account does not automatically delete information held independently by TikTok, YouTube, Apple, Google or another platform. Use that platform’s privacy controls for data it controls.
